    FAQ

    1. How do I get a product to syndicate again to Amazon once I have fixed an error?

To reset a product for Amazon syndication, on the Product Editor uncheck the Amazon checkbox, save, re-check the Amazon checkbox and save. This will tell Zoovy that the product is ready to be submitted again.

    2. Why didn't my products syndicate to Amazon?

Please look at Syndication -> Amazon -> Logs. This report shows errors and warnings. Try to correct the errors that you recognize and see if you have more success with Amazon. If you ever need help tracking down a particular "problem" product, please submit a ticket to Tech Support.

    3. Are certain Amazon categories restricted?

Beauty, Cell Phones, Jewelry, and Watches are restricted categories on Amazon.

    4. How long does it take for a product to syndicate to Amazon?

It takes about 24 hours. Products start to load at approximately 11am Pacific Standard Time and complete at approximately 5pm Pacific Standard Time.

    5. Can products with non-inventorial options be sent to Amazon?

Yes. Products with non-inventorial options can be sent to Amazon but the option will not appear on Amazon. If you wish to have the option show up on Amazon, you must use Store Option Groups, track inventory by options and set a Amazon Variation Keyword.

    6. What does the Amazon error invalid variation keyword mean?

This means that you have an option associated to the Product ID that is not configured for Amazon. Options that you want sent to Amazon need to be inventorial Store Options (not Product Options) with a variation keyword selected. The variation keyword must be valid for the category used by that product.
